ABOUT YOUR CO-FACILITATORS :
Adam Rudder is an award-winning improviser, team-building facilitator and coach, who has spent the past two decades helping people increase their self-confidence through purposeful play, experiential group exercises and brain science. During this time, he’s helped thousands of individuals shift their mindsets, make dynamic breakthroughs in both their professional and personal lives, and take quantum leaps in their careers. Previously, he spent over 20 years in the film and music industries, partnering on ventures with some of the industry’s top executives, including both the former Director of Development at Marvel Studios and former CEO of LucasFilm, as well as working with countless celebrities, professional athletes, social influencers and business executives.

Kiyoshi is a world premiere rapper/vocalist, rap coach, musician, producer, and songwriter. He has over 20 years of live performance experience under his belt and has performed for over 100,000 people during his career. He has been featured on countless media outlets including MTV, VH1, and Vice, and has collaborated with world class musicians such as Victor Wooten and The Polish Ambassador. Kiyoshi works as a rap coach, teaching others how to find creative liberation through their voice, using the art of flowetry as a tool for personal self development to break through fears. He trains people of all levels: from beginners who've never rapped before to CEOs and doctors.
